Your Eminence: My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of watching your television interview after the election of Pope Francis. You radiated a love and warmth that we could feel and, forgive me, we envied you. I wander in a spiritual vacuum and had neither spiritual education nor guidance.
You are a very good man and I thank God that all of us, Catholic or not, have you amongst us because whatever you do, wherever you go you will leave it a better place.
