At Bhayandar west, Devchand Nagar , Shripal Nagar Bldgs the Muncipal Water Supply is very less. Request to increase it so that each flat get atleast 45 mins water per day.

Secondly, i am interested to buy flat near Maxus Mall, Near Flyover but builders are demanding higher rate of Rs.6500/- to Rs. 7000/- and at the time of Preparing Agreement they say only Rs. 2500/- agreement would be prepared...this is very worst.

If some one is reading this message serious and honestly then improve this wrong system.

ROAD CONDITION IS VERY WORST

GARBAGE AT EVERYWHERE

GUTTER IS OPEN AT EVERWHERE

CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT ANY PROPER PLANNING

NO TRAFFIC POLICE IS AVAILABLE SO EVERY PEOPLE BREAK ROAD SIGNALS WITHOUT ANY BOTHERATION AT SHIVAR GAREDN-MIRA ROAD SIGNAL. NO ONE IS BELIVING ANY TRAFFIC RULES RUN AND PARKBIKE & VEHICLES ANY WHERE (SEE OUT SIDE RASSAZ MULTIPLEX / SHANTI SHOPPING CENTRE)

NO PROPER SUFFICIENT WATER SUPPLY

ADVERTISEMENT HORDINGS AT EVERYWHERE

Such long time is passed yet MBMC WEBSITE is not working properly.

Online Property Tax payment is yet not started. Still People have to spare 4 to 5 years to paying PROPERTY TAX.

ONLY ONE SERVICE IS VERY PERFECT THAT IS PROPERTY TAX BILL.

YOU DON’T GET ANY SERVICES BUT YOU WILL GET PROPERTY TAX BILL PERFECTLY EVERY YEAR BEFORE DUE DATE.

I cant understand when this above services Improve.

Message	The Commissioner Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation I am residing at 706/2A Ostwal Ornate, Jesal Park Bhayandar (east), Thane- 401105. Our Society has constructed a telecom tower above my flat on the terrace of the building with out our permission and the permission of the MBMC was also not obtained. MBMC, Bhayandar (East), officials has issued a notice to remove the tower but the secretary of the society is very very adament and not prepared to remove the tower,I have also sent a legal notice via an advocate to remove the tower but of no effect to the secretary of the society. The radiation of the tower is effecting me very badly and I have undergone bypass surgery and loss of job. Kindly take urgent action to get the tower removed as early as possible. Thanking you Sir.
