Just to confirm that we had a great holiday and without hesitation we would recommend your apartment. and location,
The snow conditions were excellent with great powder skiing following a snow storm on Wednesday.
Following a great day on the slopes the whole family was content snuggle up on the sofa watching a DVD in the warmth of the apartment.
We hope to return next year

If you are looking for a perfect holiday you must book this apartment. Everything in this apartment and his surroundings is nice.
Ski slopes are near so you can go with skis right to the apartment.
Apartment is well equipped so you can find there everything from DVD’s to the snow chains. In this apartment you can really feel like you are in your home.
Helen, thanks for all your e-mails and detail instructions which were very helpful.
On the end I will repeat my first sentence, if you are looking for a perfect holiday you must book this apartment.

Een geweldig appartement. Super gelegen naast de hoofdpiste.Mooi skigebied.
Makkelijk te bereiken met de auto.
Heel prettig dat er een aparte ruimte voor de skies en schoenen is.
Met zijn zessen hebben we hier een geweldige skivakantie gehad.
We komen zeker terug.

Obitelj Marasovic,
Prekrasan skijaški tjedan u prekrasnom apartmanu. Za obitelj od dvoje odraslih i dvoje djece apartman je više nego dovoljan. Odličan izbor knjiga, igračaka, PS/2 igrica i filmova zadovoljit će sve one koji više vole toplinu apartmana od zabave na snijegu. Kuhinja je također odlično opremljena, s dućanom u blizini, pa nije ništa potrebno nositi sa sobom.
Gtaza koja se spušta do glavne žičare (Achter Jet) udaljena je od apartmana nekih 50 metara. Sa staze se na skijama možete vratiti skroz do apartmana. Skije je najbolje ostavljati u autu, za koji je rezervirano natkriveno parkirno mjesto. Staze su odlično pripremljene i idelane su za rekreativce slabijeg znanja i kondicije, te za djecu. Cijela skijaška regija je odlično organizirana, od skijaške do apres ski ponude.

Just returned from a great week in Flachau. First few days very warm +9 one day, however the snow was mujch better than we anticipated. Flachau and the surrounding areas have a fantastic system of snow making, taking every opportunity of creating snow when the temperatures are low. I personally think mixing with new fallen snow creates a great solid base ensuring the slopes are as good as possible. For those of you who know the mountains - they can soon bite and bite they did for a couple of days with heavy snow falls ensuring our last few days were skied in fantastic powder (alas not good for my aging broken knee ligaments but thats another story!). We left to fantastic sunshine so following guests are going to have a great time.
We have been to Flachau many times now and it baffles me why it is still not widely known to the british ski clientel.... its a fantastic area. If you have the full ski amade lift pass and have a car try a few of the other areas, Schladming, Mulbach are just a couple.
Tuckhaus is a fantastic place to stay having everything anyone could ever need or want to make a ski holiday home from home. The collection of DVD's ensure everyone has entertainment not to mention the playstation for the kids - young & old! An iPod docking station makes for great music. Do watch the TV particulary early morning on Sat 3 which shows you panoramic views of the ski areas in Austria & Germany, this is a great way of finding out what the weather is like for the day & the next few days. The garden in front of the french windows, giving you great views, is an ideal place to build an ice bar! For those who follow us you may find a few bottles which were buried in the heavy snowfall...if you do enjoy!
So how can I sum up Flachau & Tuckhuas..... one word FANTASTIC.. If you have never stayed at Tuckhus in Flachau then book up fast you will not regret it - for those that have visited before then come again soon - we will be back in March.
